1. Acceptance of these terms
By signing up for an Atharva account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Atharva platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Who can use Atharva
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account on your own. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Atharva with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who maintains the account.
You are responsible for keeping your phone number and any authentication credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Course content and licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased course content for the duration of your enrolment. You may not record, redistribute, or commercially exploit the videos or notes in any form.
Study notes downloaded to your device remain available to you locally even after your enrolment ends. Streaming access is gated by your active enrolment status.
4. Payments, taxes, and refunds
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Indian goods and services tax (GST). Payments are processed by our payments partner; we do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, attempt to bypass payment controls, scrape or download content for redistribution, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification, with at least seven days' notice before they take effect.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. If we terminate without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for unused course access.
7. Limitation of liability
Atharva is a study aid; it does not guarantee any particular exam outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith discussion and, failing that, before the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
