When you are eligible for a full refund
Within seven (7) calendar days of purchasing a course, you may request a full refund provided that less than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been consumed. We measure consumption as the proportion of distinct lessons you have opened, not the time spent watching.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payments partner. UPI and card refunds typically clear within 5–7 business days; netbanking refunds may take longer.
After the seven-day window
After seven days, your access remains valid until the close of the September 2026 exam window. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the period that remains, because most of our content costs were incurred before you enrolled.
If you experience a service failure on our part — outages preventing you from accessing the platform for more than 48 hours, or a course being withdrawn — we will issue a full refund without time limit.
Downloaded study notes
Study notes (PDF and document downloads) are yours to keep on your device after refund. We do not technically revoke local copies, and we do not ask you to delete them.
Coupons and promotional discounts
Refunds for purchases made under a promotion or coupon are processed at the net amount paid, not the listed MRP. The promotional discount cannot be reclaimed if you purchase again later at a different price.
How to request a refund
Email us at help@adhyayan.example with your registered phone number and the order ID. We acknowledge every refund request within one business day and aim to complete the refund within five business days of approval.
Course access expires at the close of the September 2026 exam window. Downloaded notes remain on your device beyond that date.
